Super Jumbo	25 g or more
Jumbo	22–24 g
Large	18–21 g
Medium	14–17 g

Indicative trade sizing, based on average fruit weight. Ranges vary by supplier. Final specifications are confirmed in the quotation.

Grade and size are separate. Skin separation, moisture and appearance are agreed for each lot.

International quality reference
UNECE DDP-08 separates Extra, Class I and Class II quality classes from sizing. For Medjool, the moisture limit is 30%. Dates must be sound and clean, without live pests, visible mould or fermentation.

Ghazalco's commercial grades 1, 2 and 3 do not automatically correspond to these UNECE classes.
