التوصيل والتوريد والتصدير

التوصيل حسب طلب التوريد
يستقبل الموقع استفسارات الجملة وطلبات عروض الأسعار. تُؤكَّد إمكانية التوريد والوجهة والكميات والتعبئة وترتيبات التوصيل لكل طلب في عرض السعر أو اتفاق التوريد؛ تقديم الاستفسار لا يؤكد حجز المخزون أو إرسال البضاعة.
التكلفة والمدة
تختلف تكلفة النقل ومدة التجهيز والتوصيل بحسب الصنف والكمية والتعبئة والوجهة والترتيبات المعتمدة. تُوضَّح تكلفة التوصيل وأي ضرائب أو رسوم واجبة التطبيق في العرض أو الاتفاق ذي الصلة. لا تنطبق على جميع طلبات الجملة تعرفة توصيل ثابتة أو مدة موحدة أو توصيل مجاني تلقائي.
الوجهة وبيانات الاستلام
يرجى تزويد الفريق بالدولة والمدينة وعنوان الاستلام ومتطلبات التفريغ أو الاستلام اللازمة. تُؤكَّد قابلية خدمة الوجهة وترتيباتها قبل اعتماد الطلب. أخبرنا بأي تغيير في بيانات الاستلام لتقييم أثره على الترتيبات المتفق عليها.
التصدير
تُراجع استفسارات التصدير وفق الوجهة ومتطلبات الشحنة والمستندات المتاحة. تُحدَّد مسؤوليات النقل والتخليص والرسوم والمستندات في الاتفاق المعتمد؛ لا يُعد عرض الأصناف وعدًا بإمكانية التصدير إلى كل وجهة.
الاستلام وأي مشكلة
عند وجود نقص أو تلف أو عدم مطابقة، أرسل مرجع الطلب وتفاصيل الصنف والدفعة وصورًا إن توفرت. راجع سياسة الاسترجاع ومراجعة التوريد. تبقى الحقوق الإلزامية بموجب التشريعات الواجبة التطبيق محفوظة.

Delivery, supply and export

Delivery by supply enquiry
The website receives wholesale enquiries and requests for quotations. Supply availability, destination, quantities, packaging and delivery arrangements are confirmed for each order in the quotation or supply agreement. Submitting an enquiry does not reserve stock or confirm dispatch.
Cost and timing
Transport costs and preparation and delivery times depend on the product, quantity, packaging, destination and accepted arrangements. Delivery charges and any applicable taxes or fees are stated in the relevant quotation or agreement. There is no single delivery tariff, universal delivery timeframe or automatic free-delivery offer for all wholesale orders.
Destination and receiving details
Provide the destination country, city, receiving address and any necessary unloading or collection requirements. Service availability and arrangements are confirmed before the order is accepted. Tell us about changes to receiving details so their effect on the agreed arrangements can be reviewed.
Export enquiries
Export enquiries are reviewed against the destination, shipment requirements and available documents. Transport, customs clearance, charges and documentation responsibilities are set out in the accepted agreement. Displaying a product does not promise export availability to every destination.
Receipt and supply concerns
For shortages, damage or non-conformity, send the order reference, product and batch details, with photographs where available. See our returns and supply concerns policy. Mandatory rights under applicable legislation remain unaffected.
