تدير هذا الموقع شركة غزالكو لتجارة المواد الغذائية - Ghazalco FoodStuff Trading Company LLC. يوفر الموقع معلومات عن الأصناف والتوريد بالجملة، ويتيح التواصل وطلب عروض الأسعار. الشراء والدفع عبر الموقع غير مفعّلين حاليًا.
الاستفسار وعرض السعر
إضافة أصناف إلى قائمة الاستفسار أو إرسال نموذج أو رسالة لا يمثل طلب شراء مؤكدًا أو التزامًا بالتوريد. تُؤكَّد الأسعار والتوفر والمواصفات والدرجات والأحجام والتعبئة والكميات والدفع والتوصيل في العرض أو الاتفاق المعتمد لكل طلب.
معلومات الأصناف
تساعد المعلومات والصور على التعرف إلى الأصناف، وقد يختلف مظهر المنتج الطبيعي باختلاف الدفعة. راجع المواصفات المعتمدة للدفعة في عرضك قبل التأكيد. لا يغير تحديث معلومات الموقع الشروط المعتمدة لطلب قائم إلا وفق الاتفاق والتشريعات الواجبة التطبيق.
الاستخدام والمراسلات
قدّم معلومات اتصال واستفسار صحيحة، واستخدم الموقع بصورة مشروعة دون انتحال هوية أو إساءة استخدام النماذج أو تعطيل الخدمة. الموقع يخدم استفسارات الجملة، بما فيها استفسارات التجار والموزعين والمستوردين.
لا يمنح إرسال طلب عرض سعر أو مراسلة تجارية غزالكو إذنًا عامًا لنشر بياناتك أو تفاصيل طلبك أو إعادة استخدامها كمحتوى عام. تُعالج البيانات الشخصية وفق سياسة الخصوصية.
التوريد والمشكلات
تخضع ترتيبات التوريد للشروط المعتمدة للطلب، مع مراعاة سياسة التوصيل وسياسة مراجعة التوريد والاسترجاع. لا تحد هذه الشروط من الحقوق الإلزامية المتعلقة بالسلامة أو العيب أو عدم المطابقة.
حقوق المحتوى والخدمات الخارجية
تُحترم حقوق غزالكو وأصحاب الحقوق في النصوص والصور والهوية؛ لا يجوز استخدامها تجاريًا دون إذن صاحب الحق أو مسوغ قانوني. عند الانتقال إلى خدمة خارجية، مثل WhatsApp، تنطبق سياسات تلك الخدمة على استخدامها. يستضيف Shopify الموقع ويوفر البنية التقنية له.
التحديث والقانون الواجب التطبيق

This website is operated by Ghazalco FoodStuff Trading Company LLC. It provides wholesale product and supply information and lets visitors contact us and request quotations. Online purchasing and payment are not currently enabled.
Enquiries and quotations
Adding products to an enquiry list or submitting a form or message is not a confirmed purchase order or a commitment to supply. Prices, availability, specifications, grades, sizes, packaging, quantities, payment and delivery are confirmed in the accepted quotation or agreement for each order.
Product information
Information and images help identify products; the appearance of natural produce may vary by lot. Review the accepted lot specifications in your quotation before confirmation. Updating website information does not change the accepted terms of an existing order except under the agreement and applicable legislation.
Use and correspondence
Provide accurate contact and enquiry details and use the website lawfully, without impersonation, form abuse or disruption. The website welcomes wholesale enquiries, including those from traders, distributors and importers.
Sending a quotation enquiry or business correspondence does not give Ghazalco a general licence to publish your details or request, or reuse them as public content. Personal data is handled under our privacy policy.
Supply and concerns
Supply arrangements follow the accepted order terms, together with our delivery policy and returns and supply concerns policy. These terms do not limit mandatory rights relating to safety, defects or non-conformity.
Content rights and external services
Respect the rights of Ghazalco and other rightsholders in text, images and branding. Commercial use requires the rightsholder's permission or a lawful basis. When you use an external service such as WhatsApp, that service's policies apply to its use. Shopify hosts the website and provides its technical infrastructure.
Updates and applicable law
These terms may be updated to reflect website operations, with the update date shown on this page. Applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates apply, without reducing other mandatory rights where relevant.
